Ludingwood Neighborhood Plan

Over four month of data collection, analysis, and feedback from Ludingwood residents, the Ludingwood Neighborhood Plan was created to help direct the efforts of the neighborhood organization and the Muncie Action Plan (Link). Data from the U.S. Census, a community survey, and observations through site visits were used to inform the recommendations of the plan. The final deliverable was a 24-page page report with findings and suggestions, including street improvements, community activities, and important contacts for city and private services for the neighborhood organization to collaborate with and help implement the plan.
