Over four months, two public meetings, and many hours of Census data analysis, this plan was created to assist the Ludingwood neighborhood in Muncie, Indiana. Within the plan, there are recommendations and proposals to guide development, street improvements, and community-building efforts that can strengthen the neighborhood's social networks and improve the neighbors' quality of life.
